FAQs

These alerts are not intended to compete with any other bot. RAVNView is unique and in a space of its own, in our opinion.

We focus on eliminating noise and providing usable and mostly early data.

The other tools you likely associate us with focus on larger market movements and are more trend based on liquidity. We look to provide strong signals that do not exist and continue to adapt and add more as we get feedback/requests from users

Aren't you diluting your edge by offering this to the public? If it works so well, why not just use it yourself?

This is the same question I ask any team that is offering some sort of product. For us, the answer is simple. To maintain our systems is quite expensive and as mentioned, we believe the alerts should not be automatically traded and are judgment calls.

Our main system of automating trading is still ongoing and does not conflict with our alerts, so releasing this tooling publicly does not dilute our edge. In fact, it allows us to upgrade the tooling further and refine our edge while continually providing a better service for users.

Are you going to cap the users of the alerts?

Of course. The amount of users we cap to is TBD. We need to decide on pricing and gauge interest while accessing at what # of users, we start to see performance decline due to either users acting in poor faith (auto trading, sharing everywhere) or inorganic random PnDs forming from users selling on each other.
